I agree with Chris in large part on this one! I've been reflecting on what Independence day truly means also.

I just had someone send me a logo, it read, USA love it or leave it. It made me think.

I grew up thinking that we were largely a christian nation that fought on the side of good and freedom. A nation that above all else prized the individual free man. That things like being part of the collective were communist ideas, that oppressive taxation was something that our nations revolution and birth were fought to overcome.

I grew up saying the pledge of allegiance thinking that we were a nation of just laws that was standing proudly upon the bedrock foundation of the constitution of the United States. Even the name United states of America, meant that we were many states with individual power coming together to defend the freedoms of the individual. That right always defeated wrong, that good triumphed over evil. I believed we elected our leaders and that our votes counted. That was what being free meant and I could not wait to participate and cast my vote. I believed so many things only to find out that they were all lies. Though the lies I believed back then were less obvious than the lies they tell us now, none the less they were lies.

So one may ask what are the facts now? What is the undeniable truth? What have we become?

We are lead by members of the communist party
We assassinate our own citizens with drones
We have a para military police force to stomp on the people
we just ordered up 30,000 drones to fly over this once free land
We have become a nation whose government just ordered up millions of rounds of hollow point lethal rounds for homeland purposes!
We have become a nation where returning vets are put on watch lists as potential terrorist
We have official documents leaked out about re-education camps
We have open military exercises on the streets of the once free.
We have the Government involved in Poppy growing then calling it's use illegal
We have banks laundering their money through the drug cartels
We have a fiat currency backed by nothing but the promise of your slavery
We have become invaders, invading countries without being attacked first
We have become a nation of 47 million people on food stamps
We have become a nation of welfare
We have become a nation with no boarders
We have become a nation where government is the largest employer in the country
We have become a nation of entitlements that equal the entire tax revenue collected, leaving nothing left over
We have become the largest debtor nation in the history of mankind.
We have become a nation of crooked liars, theft and corruption.
We have become a nation where the bank can just claim your money evaporated like MF GLobal
We have become a nation where they want to track your every keystroke
listen to every phone call
track your cell phones
track you on facebook
track you using your appliances
track you by smart meters on your homes
and track you from the air using drones.
We have become a nation that no longer has a constitution that is followed
We have laws passed like the patriot act that take away all rights to privacy
We have become a nation of endless trade deficits
We have become a nation proclaiming freedom with none left.
We have become a nation of the NDAA where they can pick your ass up and make you disappear without trial

We have become a nation where banking is our largest industry.
Markets are manipulated 72% of the entire market is computers trading not people.
Regulators refuse to regulate.
The Federal Reserve buys over 60% of our own treasuries sold
And markets move on rumors of bailouts, and twists, and Quantitative Easing and printing of money instead of physical reality!
We have become a nation where the TSA can literally put their hands on your genitals even though you've commited no crime.
We have become a nation where even gigantic ecological disasters like the BP gulf spill are covered up and no media is allowed to report it!
We have become a nation where the media lies to us constantly about everything
We have become a nation where government is the largest owner of private housing.
We have become a nation of imminent domain where the government can steal your property from you, legal like see.
We have become a nation where the Federal Government lays claim to all water sources
We have become a nation where it is illegal to catch rain water.
We have become a nation where it is illegal for a farmer to grow the crops he chooses on his own land.
We have become a nation where the president has to show less credentials to become president than I would just to leave the country
We have become a nation whose government has handed over thousands and thousands of firearms to illegal drug cartels, then covered it up
We have become a nation that is harder to get out of, then to get in to.
We have become a nation of too big to fails, and too little to saves
We have become a nation with no retirement savings
We have become a nation of so much regulation that people cannot even start to do anything inventive.
We have become a nation that has a prison population that is the largest per capita in the entire world! Land of the locked up!
We have become a nation where a huge ruling elite, never get punished, never go to trial, and never get to serve time.
We have become a nation of derivatives, or bets that are greater than the entire worlds gdp
We have become a nation of unfunded liabilities which is fancy speak for we don't have money to pay for what is promised.
We have become a nation that robbed our elderly and everything they put into social security, so we must now shackle the unborn in financial chains!
We have become a nation where every working man and woman spends half their year, just paying taxes to someone, and it's not even enough!
We have become a nation of ever expanding deficits year after year, the number gets larger.
We have a nation where banks can lose your mortgage papers, and judges will just issue and rubber stamp new ones breaking the very law they pretend to uphold

We are a failed nation, a nation without a legitimate government any longer, one that has sold us out to things like the United Nations.

We have a government without the right to vote our true leaders into office.

You will never vote for those at the Federal Reserve, those at the United Nations, or any of the other secret societies and organizations that run our nation.

We are a nation who use to dream of the stars, and now lives in chains of austerity, taxation, and broken promises of freedom.

We are not America, we are not the land of the free, we are definitely not the brave, and 90% are completely ignorant of what has even happened.

Happy 4th of July, it's fun to remember and look back on what we once were, and remember that once upon a time Americans had the courage to fight and die
opposing tyranny so that we would have the opportunity to remember back on what freedom once was.
