Civil Disobedience, Our government has become disobedient to all the laws of the land, perhaps it is our turn?

This statement is the very foundation for the creation of the Federal Government, yet numerous polls among other measures of a free, open and consenting governed show that this government is ruling in fact without our consent on so many different levels it's not even funny.

Amendment I

The number of offenses to this amendment are once again almost too numerous to account for. Your freedom of speech has been muted to the extreme. The right to assemble has been done away with completely, unless you have a permit.

H.R. 347, benignly titled the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act, passed the House 399-3, means if you protest near the president you could face felony charges.

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Patriot act, TSA, 30,000 drones signed into law and ordered up, listening to our phone conversations, recording every keyboard stroke, keeping records of our DNA, and watching us all the time. We have no expectation of privacy any longer.
No one can say that this amendment has not been violated.

But we do have slavery, complete with a number stamped on us, and sold to the bankers in order to create more debt in our name on a daily basis. We are cattle, no more than slaves.
In 1912 there was no Federal Income tax, no national debt to speak of, and No Federal Reserve bank, now we are nothing more than taxed slaves, and yes slavery does exist in the United States. We are born into an ownership situation with no options to opt out and remain free. We are never asked if we wish to participate, or be responsible for the actions of this government. We are simply numbered and accounted for.

This one until proven otherwise in my mind is in clear violation. This man we have now pretending to be president, has failed to provide any proof of his birth certificate, and cannot even seem to show up in a court of law to show citizenship. He has placed himself above the law. Both of his parents were not natural born citizens. He is an illegal president. The most dangerous part of this, is that a man with that much power with that much over his head, could easily be controlled.

We stood by while the Federal Reserve used our currency to bailout foreign banks
We wanted no more wars without congressional approval.
We wanted our troops to come home after we discovered what they were fighting for.
We wanted freedom, but you've stolen it all

We voiced our opinion on a net that you want to shut down now because of that opposition.
We depended on a constitution to protect us, but you shredded it, showing clearly to us and the entire word once and for all, that we are a nation that use to be made up of laws, now ruled by outlaws.
We paid in while giant corporations did not.
We watched as you have given out trillions and none of it ever reaching main street.
We watched as those in power have gotten more powerful, while we have all gotten weaker.
We have watched, and seen what you have been doing.
We have witnessed your so called fair and free markets. High Frequency trading, quantitative easing to infinity, buying your own treasuries, buying your own mortgage backed securities, and constantly bailing out all your buddies and friends. Giving more and more power to the Federal Reserve with every law passed.
We watched as you exempted yourself from the health care law.
We watched as you created a supercongress, NDAA, and 30,000 drones to fly over our once free heads.
We watched as you sold us all out, and betrayed our nation, our constitution, and our laws.

How can you call yourself a nation of laws? Obama How can you talk about an even playing field, whenever you exempt all your friends from prosecution and put yourself above the law to the extent that you won't even show yourself in a court room? Level playing field? How level was the playing field for the American citizens you assassinated without trial, was their playing field really level? How level was the playing field for the stock holders of Chrysler when you sold them all down the river and handed the company with the Unions over to Fiat breaking almost every bankruptcy law on the books during the process? Mr. Bush, where are the damn weapons of mass destruction, does it take longer than 10 years to find them? How about all those corporations that are exempted from Obamacare? Law?

I cite the following as to why exactly our government has become tyrannical.

1. taxation without any representation. The true rulers of our country are not on any ballot, in fact they buy and purchase the puppets that run what use to be our constitutional republic. I will never in my lifetime have the power to vote for my true ruler. The IMF, The Federal Reserve, The United Nations, and many others are not on my ballot.

2. The long abuse of this government participating in illegal wars, and illegal actions against the public. Operation Gunrunner, Growing Poppy in Afghanistan, Killing citizens without a trial, illegal search and seizures, seizing of lands, stealing of property.

3. I accuse the government of nothing less than outright theft. Stealing money from one citizen to give to another citizen or corporation is illegal, and unconstitutional. It is not charity, tax, or patriotic to have ones labor, energy stolen.

4. The Federal Reserve coining our currency and lending it to our government is illegal. Money is to be coined by congress, private individuals printing our currency into oblivion and charging us all tax through inflation is illegal. Who are these tyrannical individuals? They are not elected, and therefore do not represent me.

5. Most recent is the nullification of the constitution with bills like SOPA, NDAA, Patriot Act, all unconstitutional, and illegal acts.

These are all very real, and very precise charges. These are not light, or transient. They have not been levied without much thought, but they do explain what is wrong with our once proud nation. I am not unpatriotic, actually it is the opposite. I wish for our constitutional republic to be returned. For the power of the people to stand, for liberty and most of all freedom! None of the fore mentioned exist in this fascist United Government of American Slavery we exist under today.

Some joke that you should wear your sponsors on your sleeves.

Even our election process has been corrupted, if it's not being bought and paid for by huge corporations, votes are being purchased for free cell phones, food, and money.

The idea that this is being done in broad daylight now for all to see, shows how corrupt and disgusting our once great nation has become.

I'm truly sad for the loss of my nation. I love everything thing we once stood for, and am disgusted and ashamed of everything we are now. We are no longer a nation of laws, or one nation under God.

Government is our God now, and many are selling their souls for a little bit of comfort.

Sad.

Our founders were willing to die for what they believed, we cannot even find our way off the coach. We sit like the mindless receiving our daily tel-u-a-vision programming.
