AMTV News: King Bibi on the Verge of ‘Blunt’ & ‘Illegitimate Intervention in US Politics’

Welcome to AMTV News, I’m your host Topher Morrison.  Today is Tuesday August 21st, 2012.  Our final broadcast can be found at the end of this post.

First up…

Israel’s Gift to Obama, an ‘October Surprise’

WND, Haaretz & Times of Israel

Just last week I outlined in detail the pedigree of events and reports, which have lead, many to believe Prime Minister Netenyahu of Israel will lead a preemptive strike in October against Iran’s alleged nuclear weapons program, ahead of US elections.  Over the years the Israel lobby has been heavily criticized for weighing disproportionally heavy on US foreign policy.  Under Obama, the historically unwavering alliance has been viewed to have waned, be that as it may, both the left and the right have maintained their adoration of this ‘tiny socialist ethnocracy’ in the Middle East.  However, it looks as though, according to opposition leaders in Israels Knesset that American educated Netenyahu is on the verge of a “blunt and illegitimate intervention in US internal political processes…”  While Obama may have ostensibly been cool to Israel, a war with Iran will surely warm relations and right wing hearts if Obama comes to its rescue.

India Signs with Russia, Snubs US Military Industrial Complex

Times of India

India is the world’s most valuable free agent and after multiple overtures by the US Eagles they’re getting ready to sign on with the Russian Bears for $35 billion over the next 20 years.  It’s India’s biggest defense project in history and Russia will be helping design the 5th generation stealth fighter, based on its Sukhoi T-50.  The deal, to be finalized within the next two weeks, is another firm rejection of the US’ beleaguered Joint Strike Fighter program.  India plans to add 200 of these fearsome fighters from 2022 onwards.

US Senator Proposed ‘False Flag’ Attack to JFK

Explosive Reports

Two years prior to the proposal of now declassified ‘Operation Northwoods,’ which detailed how the Pentagon would create the false impression the US mainland was under attack from Fidel Castro in order to create the pretext for a formal invasion of Communist Cuba, California Senator George Smathers submitted a very similar proposal.  The revelation came from recently released documents in the Kennedy Library and reveal to the American public that the genesis of state sponsored terrorism began earlier than we ever imagined.

America’s Demographic Cliff

Zero Hedge

Just after the fiscal cliff at the intersection of Economics and Politics is the demographic cliff and unlike the former, it’s unavoidable.  In 1900 just 4.1% of Americans were over the age of 65, Social Security Insurance in those days sounded reasonable – the initial SSI tax was a mere 2% split between employer and employee.  Since that time SSI taxes have been raised some 40 times and by over 800 percent.  Today 13 percent of the US population is over 65 years-of-age and entitlements account for 8.7% percent of GDP.  Ten years from now the numbers are 16.1 and 9.6 percent, but 25 years on 20 percent will be over 65 and we’ll be spending 12 percent of GDP or $2 trillion per year on entitlements.  The aged population does provide some silver linings as much as age improves wine, but not after our politics and economy go to vinegar.  In 2035 there will be two workers for every retired person – you do the math, evidently our leaders have not.

And finally…

US Desperation Surfaces in Syria

Tony Cartalucci

It’s the first good news in months of violent conflict.  The foreign sponsored rebellion in Syria, in other words the proxy forces of NATO and the Gulf Cooperation Council, have been repelled in their recent invasions of Demascus and Alleppo in July and August.  While the well coordinated counter offensive lead by Syrian forces have saved Syria from succumbing to a sectarian pogrom, international forums outside the country, representing over half the world’s population, have rebuked foreign interference and are promoting alternatives to the violent destabilization in favor of the political resolutions preemptively abandoned by the West.  While Syria may not breathe easy, as Obama is still hand wringing over pretext expanding “weapons of mass destruction,” they can at least take a breath.
